Common questions
How do I receive my rank?
Your rank is delivered automatically in-game within a few minutes of purchase. Make sure to enter your exact Minecraft username when checking out.
Is it a subscription?
No — all ranks are one-time purchases and permanent. You pay once and keep your rank forever, even through server resets.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes! If you already have Honey and want Blossom, you only pay the difference (€4.00). Upgrades are always calculated automatically.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal and more — all processed securely through Tebex, the leading Minecraft store platform.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the digital nature of in-game items, refunds are generally not available. If you have an issue, please contact us on Discord and we'll do our best to help.
Do ranks survive server updates?
Yes. Your rank is tied to your Minecraft UUID, not a season or map. It carries over through any updates or world resets.
